DAILY SPECIALS    

Each day of the week we feature a lucheon special. These are some of our customers' most loved recipes.

 

Entrees are served with homemade garlic bread.

 

Monday-- Stuffed Chicken, baked breast of chicken filled with broccoli and swiss cheese. Served with a generous portion of pasta with tomato sauce.

Tuesday-- Ravioli, exceptionally tender. Choice of meat or cheese.

 

Wednesday -- Chicken Parmigiano, tender breast of chicken sauteed with tomato sauce, covered with parmigiano and mozzarella cheese. Served with a generous portion of pasta.     

 

Thursday -- Lasagna, layers of pasta, held together with meat sauce, and the perfect combination of mozzarella, romano, provolone and ricotta cheese.

 

Friday--Pasta with Clam Sauce, rich white sauce.Served with garlic bread.    

 

We love to offer our customers a wide variety of entrees. Everything from Old World recipes to something new and creative. Periodically, we will feature a special that will complement the weather, time-of-year or special occasion.    

 

Some of our customer favorites are : Baked Salmon with sauteed vegetables, Italian Meatloaf, Veal Marsala, Pasta Fagioli, Stuffed Peppers, and Risotto Primavera

Specials will vary according to seasonal availability - we will only prepare an entree if we can find the best and freshest ingredients.
